At JSLOOP, operated by JSLOOP Private Limited, we understand that changes to project requirements or priorities may occur. Our Cancellation Policy applies when you wish to terminate an ongoing or planned service engagement.

1. Cancellation Requests

To cancel any ongoing service contract, milestone agreement, or project:

  • The request must be made in writing via email to info@jsloop.in.
  • Cancellation requests are acknowledged by our management team within 2 business days.

2. Conditions & Fees

The billing consequences of cancellation depend on the timing of your notice:

  • Before Commencement: If the project has not yet commenced or the initial deliverables have not been worked on, the cancellation will be processed without any service fee, though third-party payment gateway costs may still apply.
  • During Ongoing Work: If the project has commenced, you will be billed for all work completed, milestone deliverables started, and reasonable expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

3. Payment Obligations

Upon cancellation, any outstanding amounts for work performed or services rendered by JSLOOP PRIVATE LIMITED will immediately become due and payable.
